Very good point Christian smith, I didn’t mention that! I didn’t change my bedtime for this experiment. I usually go to bed between 10pm and 10:30pm. When waking up at 5am, that’s around 6h30 of sleep. When waking up at 6 (my usual time), that’s around 7h30 of sleep. Thanks for pointing that out!
