Really good article Jessica Powell! Too often people take “idea stealing” offensively, while they should see the flattery in it. It of course depends how it’s done, and what your relationship with your boss is. But as you say, as long as he/she considers your idea good enough to be sent up the chain, that’s really gratifying!
