Hey Samiksha, thanks so much for your insightful comment! It’s really interesting to read about your own experience with waking up at 5am, especially because you tried it for longer than I did! I think the nap in the afternoon can really help some people, but I’m just not a nap person. Also, 11pm to 5am is definitely too short for me, especially if I have to work until 9pm like you!
